Yesterday we celebrated Megan's 3rd Birthday! It is so hard to believe that our "baby" is now 3 years old! The "veggies" showed up for her party and she had a great time eating cake and M&M's and opening presents. The day was bittersweet because it is still so hard to celebrate these milestones without any family or friends present...we miss all of you! Here are some pictures so you can taste a little bit of the "sweetness" of our little girl's 3rd birthday...
If you ask Megan how old she is now, she immediately holds up her 3 fingers and says, "I'm 3 years old!"

Megan got a baby...we named her "Grace". The first thing that Megan did after we got "Grace" out of the box was give her a pretend bath in the kitchen set sink. She even washed her hair. After the bath was done, she wrapped her baby up and said, "I need to cut her fingernails now"....this is exactly what Mommy does.
Grammie and Grandad gave her a really cool stroller to go with her new baby.
This particular stroller has a "play tray" for the baby that plays music and lights up.

At the end of the day, we took the girls to the park by our house. The birthday girl was all tuckered out and fell asleep on the way (a 5-minute trip). Notice baby Grace "sleeping" in her lap.
Once we arrived and Megan figured out where she was, she had no problem waking up for a ride in the swing!
