Our Toothless Daughter!

We can't believe that Rebekah has finally lost her two front teeth! She has been working on these for quite some time. Finally, on February 13th, after we got home from the museum, it happened (after about a 45 minute ordeal--notice the red, wet eyes). It just got to the point where were not comfortable putting her to bed with such a loose tooth. Actually, it took us completely by surprise that she lost both of them in the same night. We just thought we were pulling her right tooth. After we finally got the right one out, we noticed that the left one was all of a sudden VERY loose. Rebekah ended up being very thrilled that they both were out and was very happy to get a double-dose of the tooth fairy.

The Indianapolis Children's Museum

On Friday, February 13th we took the girls to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. This was the first time that the girls have been to a museum. They had such a blast! These are the last pictures taken of Rebekah with her top two front teeth--if you look closely you might be able to tell that her right tooth is just basically hanging there....

We closed the museum down and at the end of the day they have a parade. Everybody gathers on the 4th floor and they hand out flags and line everybody up. They then put on music and march everybody down the ramps and out of the museum. It is actually a good way to get everybody to leave. Anyway, Rebekah loved it!

Rebekah's First Piano Lesson!

Rebekah had her first piano lesson on January 21st! She was so excited! Tomorrow she will have her 3rd lesson. So far, she still likes it and is practicing almost every day. Her teacher, Sarah, comes to our house for her lessons. Of course, her favorite song so far is "Rockin' Pony Ride". I wonder why....
